>>officials in kenya believe they've freed all the hostages seized during a terror attack on a shopping mall in nairobi. >> catherine: more than 60 people have been killed since militants took over the mall saturday.and only now are security forces apparently beginning to get the upper hand. witnesses say sporadic gunshots have been ongoing. we want to show you the scene as a cnn crew was getting ready for a report. you can see people scattering. some of the attackers were killed.at least three of them.

>> pam: the decision was made decimus should get help after the incident on friday when he was driving under the employers and hit a tree. it was a series of incidents with smith are arrested in miami on suspicion of the you i. allegedly firing guns drawn and party as smith's home in san jose the shots reportedly injured one man. that dictum reported a lawsuit in regards to the incident. and last friday morning was smith was arrested on suspicion of dui colliding with a tree in san jose. smith was lying to an undisclosed recap center where he was then the next couple of weeks.
